2024 Love Forever Postage Stamps

A white bird built out of geometric shapes, flying across a deep red field with a pink envelope in its beak, sealed with a red heart. Katie Kirk made the original digital illustration and Antonio Alcala art-directed. The bird-carrying-a-letter image is older than the postal service itself, and rendering it in hard geometry rather than soft feathers is what keeps this from being a greeting card.

It is the 2024 entry in the Love series, and the envelope in the beak makes it one of the few Love stamps that is actually about mail. That gives it a wider range than most: Valentine's cards, wedding and anniversary correspondence, letters to someone far away, and any envelope where the point is that you wrote at all. Sheets of 20. Forever value, so it covers a one-ounce letter at the current rate regardless of what the sheet cost.
