Four stamps, one flag, four seasons. Each design looks up at an American flag flying at full staff from a pole, with the trees behind it changing through the year - bare branches, spring green, summer canopy, autumn color. Laura Stutzman painted the art and Phil Jordan was the designer and art director. The low angle is what holds the set together: you are standing under the pole in all four, and only the trees tell you when.
It is a practical stamp for anyone who sends patriotic mail year-round rather than in July. Veterans' groups, civic organizations, town offices and small businesses use them as a house stamp, and the seasonal variation means a booklet does not look out of place in February. Booklets of 20, self-adhesive. Forever value applies, so the price on the day it was printed has nothing to do with what it covers today.

I did not receive my first shipment. There is a set if 16 mailboxes where I live. Our mail is put into other boxes sometimes. The post office said it was delivered to our set of boxes - unfortunately it wasn't mine. I notified MoF immediately to make them aware I did not receive my stamps. Since we don't know what happened to the first shipment, MoF very generously sent me another set. Thank you so much. I appreciate your quick response. They provide very quick shipment and have great customer service. I would certainly recommend M of F if you need stamps.
