Three flags in a circular formation, referencing the fifty that ring the Washington Monument, built from three photographs of one flag taken seconds apart and stitched into a single painting. Format is the decision to make here, not design. A coil of 100 feeds off a roll and suits anyone working through a stack of envelopes at a desk - invoices, statements, membership mailings, holiday card lists. Sheets are easier to store flat and easier to count against a list. Both carry identical postage value. Forever means one ounce of first-class mail whenever it is used, so buying ahead of a rate increase is the one case where stocking up genuinely saves money. Rates have moved most years lately, which makes the calculation easier than it used to be.
