USPS Stamps for Sale Online

Every stamp here is a genuine post office stamp, issued by the U.S. Postal Service and resold by Mailbox of Flushing, an independent store in Flushing, New York. For everyday letters, flag issues such as the 2026 US Flags come in coils of 100, booklets of 20 and sheets of 20, with 1776 and 2026 printed beneath a knit flag for the nation's 250th anniversary.

Beyond flags, the Forever stamps for sale here include Love issues, Lunar New Year sheets, holiday booklets and character stamps such as SpongeBob SquarePants, which come in panes of 16 rather than 20.

A Forever stamp has no printed price and is always worth the current one-ounce letter price. An older design bought at a lower rate mails the same letter today, with nothing to add.

Forever Stamp Cost and Coverage

A Forever stamp is worth $0.82, the one-ounce letter price in effect since July 12, 2026, on the USPS price list. At that price a book of 20 has a face value of $16.40 and a coil of 100 comes to $82.00.

The butterfly nonmachinable stamps, such as the California Dogface Butterfly, cover a one-ounce letter that has to be hand-processed. The shelf also holds a few Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express stamps.

Mail that is heavier, square or going abroad needs a different stamp, and each of these is stocked here:

  • Two-ounce letter or invitation: one two-ounce stamp
  • Three-ounce letter: one three-ounce stamp
  • Square, rigid or clasped envelope: one nonmachinable stamp
  • Postcard within USPS size limits: one postcard stamp
  • One-ounce letter abroad: one Global Forever stamp

Where Our Stamps Come From

Our stock is surplus postage from closed businesses, office clear-outs and estates. Every sheet, booklet and roll is inspected by hand, and our authenticity checks include UV light, since genuine USPS stamps carry phosphor tagging.

Mailbox of Flushing is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with USPS. More on the shop and how it sources stamps is on our About Us page.

Orders ship within 24 hours on business days, and delivery typically takes 3 to 6 days. Returns are accepted within 30 days once you email us for a return authorization.

Forever Stamps FAQ

Are forever stamps truly forever?

Yes. Forever stamps do not expire, and USPS accepts them at the current one-ounce letter price no matter when they were bought, including the first ones sold at 41 cents on April 12, 2007.

Can you still get forever stamps?

Yes. Post offices and usps.com still sell new Forever designs, and unused older issues like the ones we resell stay valid at the current letter price.

How many stamps do I need to mail a letter in the United States?

One Forever stamp covers a standard letter up to one ounce. Heavier letters need a two-ounce or three-ounce stamp, and square or rigid envelopes need a nonmachinable surcharge stamp.
